After your cruise, return the scooter to the same luggage check-in area just outside customs to the right at Terminal 10. Please text us a photo once it has been dropped off.
TERMINAL 16 MSC & NORWEIGIAN
For Terminal 16, your scooter is staged in Zone 1 against the wall in the designated scooter rental area. MSC guests and other cruise travelers receive a morning text with photos, exact placement details, and clear instructions for where to find the key, charger, and accessories.
After your cruise, return the scooter to Zone 1 against the wall at Terminal 16, the same location where you picked it up. Please send a quick photo by text after drop-off.
TERMINAL 25 CARNIVAL, DISNEY, & PRINCESS
At Cruise Terminal 25, your scooter is placed against the wall near check-in, making it easy to locate before boarding. Your name card is attached to the front, the key is in the basket pouch, and the charger is stored with the scooter, so pickup is simple and fast.
After your cruise, return the scooter near check-in to the right as you exit customs at Terminal 25. Please text us a photo so we can confirm safe return.
TERMINAL 28 CARNIVAL, DISNEY, & PRINCESS
At Terminal 28, your scooter is delivered near Zones 12 and 13 and secured against the wall by check-in. It is clearly labeled with your name, includes access to the key and charger, and is positioned for quick pickup before you head to the ship.
