This was the easiest and best thing that I’ve ever done for a cruise. We were on a HUGE let me repeat that HUGE ship. I normally walk with a can to steady myself. If I take a long walk I need to sit in the middle and rest before I can continue on. I easily kept up with my granddaughters who are in their 20’s. The price to rent couldn’t be beaten by any other scooter rental company. I received a picture and text of where to pick it up and just sent a picture back showing I had returned it. Gulf Mobility is fabulous and I can't say enough about how efficient and easy they make traveling when you have someone who needs mobility support. We were in Galveston for a week with one of our team members who had just had surgery. We were able to get a high-powered scooter that would go anywhere we needed to go, they dropped off and picked up the scooter so we did not have to worry about logistics. I have rented scooters before for my parents when we have been traveling and their prices are extremely competitive   I love having a text number that I can reach out to at any time because it makes things super seamless. Gulf Coast Mobility really came through for us. We had a very last minute malfunction of our personal mobility device hours before boarding our cruise on Easter Sunday. I called the companies the cruise line gave us but nothing available.  Found Gulf Coast Mobility and truly did not have any hope but they had one! Dean got us through the paperwork quickly and delivered it to our hotel and we were on our way within probably an hour or so of calling them. Dean was very friendly and professional and made the process less stressful for us. I could not recommend them more and would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks Dean so very much! We recently rented a scooter from Gulf Coast Mobility so my mother could fully enjoy the Moody Gardens Holiday Lights event, and the entire experience was outstanding. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and everything was clearly explained. The equipment was in great condition, easy to use, and worked perfectly throughout our visit. We worked with Dean, who was absolutely great… friendly, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. The overall service was truly top-notch. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Mobility to anyone in need of mobility assistance. We will definitely be using them again anytime we have a need in the future.
